I am sooo piss off..

wah....its been a long time since i didnt get this angry...its like my blood pressure really go up to the max! My second Korean boz, just call him Mr. Jumpy, asked me to extend the check out time for one of our guest today. His room is in the Club Floor. Actually, yesterday i managed to get him a late check out without extra charges until 3pm today(the hotel is running full this week) and unfortunately, there's some changes in his schedule and thus he has to extend his meeting and cannot rush back to the hotel on time at 3pm. So, Mr. Jumpy said whether his guest can extend until 6pm or 9pm and how's the charges like and he wants to know the answer ASAP before they proceed to the meeting. The conversation with BDK goes like this... BDK ( BUDAK KURANG AJAR)

Me : Hello...can i speak to Ms. Christina of Club Floor, please?

BDK : Ms. Christina not around, can you call back later?
(masa ni pun mcm dah kureng ajar jek ayat dia kan??)

Me : By the way, who's on the line?

BDK : This is Veronica.

Me : Ok, Veronica maybe u can help me...i have a guest in club floor in room
no: XXXX...


BDK : We dont have room no: XXXX...(cilakok tul terus jek interrup ayat gua)

Me : Perhaps u can check under his name, Mr. XXX..

BDK : Can you please hurry... (Setan tak pompuan nih... takdek manners betul kan?)

Me : Why? (pitching gua pun dah tinggi masa nih)

BDK : Because im busy...
(bagero punye pompuan...ade ke patut ckp dgn customer mcm nih??
ni ke service hotel 5star???)


Me : Why are u soo rude?? (gua dah xleh tahan dah masa nih.. kalau depan
mata gua sure aku dah bertukar jadik one of the Mystic Force Ranger and
letupkan dia terus...eeeee).. I need to know...... PAP...SHE HANG UP ON
ME!!! (SETAN KE TAK POMPUAN NAMA VERONICA NIH???)


wahh..tahap mendidih darah gua nih mcm sampai nak tekeluar dari pembuluh darah gitu....sampaikan sore gua kat opis nih abis lari sume pitching falsetto bagai...takleh jadik nih..gua terus kol Sales Dept depa...aku nak complaint!!!! Mamat yang incharge our account buat sales call pulak...tak pedulik...aku carik assistant dia...2-3BAKUL AKU COMPLAINT!! minah tu pun cakap..tak patut si VERONICA answer to me like that. TAU TAK PAA.... after that, gua pun kol la si PIC ni kat HP dia...aku hentam lagi..apenye hotel la nih...bla...bla...kite letak guest every week pun ada dkt club floor pulak tuh...bla..bla..blaa... sampai mamat nih pun ckp...i recommend u to lodge a report to us...aku terus jawab...ko x yah recommend mmg aku nak anto pun report tuh...thats y im calling u to get all the appropriate email address...hah amik ko....terus menyirap sirap gua...dahla dekat lunch time...terus takda appetite for lunch...hampress...
